Q: How the facial mask can improve our
skin?
By using once or twice a week, facial masks
can deep cleans your face, tighten your pores, brighten and exfoliate your
face. It's good to reduce wrinkles make your skin tone and young. A weekly
facial mask is a great addition. No matter your skin type, there is a facial
mask suited for you. Especially by using fresh fruits or vegetables, most are
suitable for all kinds of skin.

Fruits providing fresh enzymes so it
doesn't effect on different kind skin types. However some contain lots of
enzymes such Papaya n pineapple to some sensitive skin might reacted.

what kind of fruits, or vege or food?
Tomatoes, Papaya, Banana, Avocado, Grapes,
Strawberry, cabbage, orange, Turmeric, coconuts, coffees, olive n much more.
FACE MASK ingredients:
1. Rice (WHITENING, BRIGHTENING) (For years
and years and years, women in Asian cultures have been using rice water as a
way to cleanse their skin.
In addition to being one of the most gentle
skin cleansing agents, rice contains vitamins such as B1, C, E, as well as
minerals, which together can shrink pores, and tighten, brighten, and soften
skin. As long as it’s left on the skin, rice is even believed to offer slight
protection from the sun!
2. Egg's white (TIGHTENING, giving your
face a healthy glow and diminishing the look of fine lines)
3. Yogurt (Yogurt contains lactic acid its
help to smooth, and prevent premature aging such as fine lines, wrinkles and
age spots. Lactic acid helps to dissolve dead skin that accumulates in the
pores, causing a dull and cakey appearance and aids in closing large pores,
making skin look younger. Create an anti-aging and exfoliating treatment.
Acne-prone skin may benefit from yogurt,
with its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It is also rich in zinc,
which is commonly known to aid in the healing of acne blemishes.
4. Apple (As the saying goes “An apple a
day keeps the doctor away? rich in vitamin C &A, treat from sunburn, Acne, remove dead cell.
5. Carrots (Rich in Beta Carotene, carrots
are a natural source of vitamin A which has numerous benefits for our skin.

Q: How to use it?
Wash your face, apply or massage Coconut
Oil for 5 to 10 minutes, then apply the face mask, keep for 10 to 15 minutes
till dry (when its dry, you can feel the toning and the pulling of your skin
feeling tight) then gently wash while scrubbing the mask, and finally wash it
off.
6. Cucumber slice for eye bag
Cucumbers are a fantastic natural remedy to
get rid of under eye puffiness and eye bag,
it will help refresh your mind as well as your eyes, and the
anti-inflammatory properties of the cool cucumber will naturally help reduce puffy
tissues.
